Growing up surrounded by the lush beauty of Kerala, India, instilled in me a deep appreciation for culture and community. Upon arriving in the UK, I embraced the dynamic blend of traditions and opportunities, weaving together the rich tapestry of my experiences. Today, my journey stands as a testament to the harmonious synergy between the serene roots of Kerala and the vibrant possibilities that the UK has offered, shaping me into the resilient individual I am now .

 Initially grappling with a lack of confidence in socializing and attending interviews, coupled with multiple job rejections, I learned a valuable lesson: it's alright to stumble, make mistakes, and not be flawless in any language. What truly matters is fostering a mindset that can adapt and evolve, possessing the intelligence to understand others, and, above all, wearing a beautiful and warm smile to express our shared humanity.

This transformative period paved the way for the culmination of hard work and perseverance, leading me to assume pivotal roles in esteemed organisations, ranging from software developer and tester to agile coach, scrum manager, and engineering manager. Along this journey, I earned humble yet significant recognitions from the tech world, including the prestigious Team Leader Award, selection for world conferences and TEDx speaking engagements, and the honor of being a judge for the UK Women in Tech Excellence Award. These experiences have been invaluable, providing me with the opportunity to collaborate with phenomenal team members and contribute to influential organisations, enriching my professional journey.
